SUBSCRIPTION AND REFUND TERMS

Subscription

When you subscribe to Ocean Learn, you agree to the following terms: You will be billed on a recurring basis, at the rate agreed upon when you sign up for the subscription. This subscription will remain in effect until you or we deactivate it. While you can change your subscription plan at any time, please note that changes will take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle. If you cancel your subscription, you won't be charged any further fees post-cancellation, but you won't be refunded for the unused portion of your current subscription period. After cancellation, you keep access to the paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

Introductory Offers and Trials

If you start with an introductory offer or trial, the price, length and renewal terms are shown at checkout before you pay. Unless you cancel before the introductory period ends, your subscription will renew automatically at the regular price shown at checkout, for the billing period shown at checkout, until you cancel.

Add-on Purchases

During checkout we may offer additional products, such as an add-on subscription or a one-time purchase of additional content (for example, an expanded prompt library). The price and terms of each add-on are shown before you confirm it. An add-on subscription renews until you cancel it. A one-time purchase is charged once and does not renew.

Payment Method

You can pay using the methods shown at checkout, which may include credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Payment will be charged through our third-party payment processor. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may include applicable taxes. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the payment method information in your account.

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:

• Log in to your account.
• Go to Account (https://ocean-ai.co/account).
• Select the option to manage or cancel your subscription, and confirm cancellation by pressing the "Cancel" button.

You can also ask us to cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@ocean-ai.co from the email address used for your account. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancel before your renewal date.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify our subscription plans or adjust pricing for our service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. We may change subscription fees at any time. If we change the price of your active subscription, the new price will apply from your next billing cycle, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

Refunds

We typically do not offer refunds for the unused portion of your subscription period unless such refund rights are required under applicable law. Refund requests may be evaluated only in exceptional cases.

Refunds will not be granted for the following reasons:

• Disliking the product or feeling that it did not meet expectations
• Accidental purchases
• Forgetting to cancel before the end of a trial or introductory period
• Not completing the courses or not achieving a particular result, such as an increase in income, productivity or employment

If you believe you are eligible for a refund due to a technical issue or a service malfunction, please contact customer support. Any approved refund will be calculated based on the actual price paid at purchase.

We reserve the right to charge an administrative fee for processing any refund, where permitted by law.
